Cache Details
Description
The 43rd cache hidden by caughtatwork is a moveable cache and can only be found on Geocaching Australia. This cache is the third contributing cache in the series A Moving Challenge.
Your challenge is to locate all four moveable caches, each of which will provide you with partial co-ordinates to the 5th cache A Moving Challenge 5: Stationary
The co-ordinates will be on the top of the log sheet. The log sheet is waterproof to ensure its longevity.
Your challenge (should you accept) is to locate this cache, grab it, make your log and rehide it somewhere else in exactly the same manner.
There is only one rule:
- This cache must remain within 50km of the Melbourne General Post Office (GPO).
Co-ordinates are:
S 37 48.830
E 144 57.780
If you are unsure of how far away you are from the GPO, enter these co-ordinates into your GPSr and see just how far away it is.
There are some simple guidelines:
- When you grab the cache please rehide it again the same day or at the latest within 24 hours.
- Rehide the cache attached to another one of these objects.
The further away the merrier.
You will want to try and frustrate your opponents.
- Log your find here as soon as you can so others are not trying to find the cache you just moved.
- When logging your find at geocaching.com.au, please insert the co-ordinates in the coords box.
This allows the geocaching software to automatically update the new location.
Of course the best fun about one of these caches is that you don't have to worry about being spotted retrieving the cache. Feel free to be as obvious as you need to be in order to claim it.
Then run away as fast as you can.
Enjoy.

This series has been an interesting experiment. With the final cache missing, I'll archive this series and reinstate the cache containers, kindly returned to me at great expense, for a different cache. |

After loosing most of the clues to this series we had to go out and find them all over again. At least it was close to home. Will relocate soon. |

Hmmm perhaps I was just not looking for the right thing, and figured one of the 50 other cachers had looked for it.
Seems not. There wasn't anyone else that had actually noticed it was on the way in. |

I stopped by this evening to check up on this one. Yep, it's still there, just where I hid it... |

Hmmm... think I missed this today. Though with lots of others at the caching event 300m away, that's no surprise. |

Our first moveable cache - an interesting idea indeed. This one actually took longer to extract than it did to locate! We shall re-place it very soon... TFTMC! |

Ahhh it's so pleasant to be able to walk up to a cache and grab it, ignoring the fact that a couple of people are standing next to the GZ talking. walk up, have a look, grab the cache, walk away.... enjoy the odd looks from the chating couple hehehehe
Will hide it closer to town soon!
Thanks caught@work |

S37° 51.344' E145° 21.918' This one became very obvious, donned boots and tackled the blackberries, not too bad, had cache in hand in quick time, back in the Patrol for the drive home. Its new resting place is a little closer but in a very high muggles domain. |

S37° 48.733' E145° 31.828' Looked for this cache for a while, in several locations near GZ. Was about to give up when I decided to have one more look, and then I spied it.
Then the saga begins about the placing of the cache, Murphy was right. Total distance traveled from home to find a place - 180K. Well I had other things to do at the times as well. I have looked at many sites, most behind fences, those that were not, were to public and hiding the cache from others eyes would be impossible. The cache is now placed, 96 hours late, 49.9k from the GPO. Good shoes and long pants would be good to protect your legs from the blackberries. Good Luck.

S38° 1.863' E145° 17.145' Truly a thousand apologies for forgetting to log this MooooVing cache.
We had a great time in retrieving the cache and it is funny how you stealth
Instincts take over when searching for a cache. Although I tried to be obvious
I still ducked when Muggles past by and after a short search the cache was found
Many thanks Caughtatwork we now have the final and hope to get there soon.
Regards Mr.Coffee and the "Yes I do often forget things and the odd cache log, however
I never forget my wedding anniversary date" Clan.

S38° 1.910' E145° 22.487' Like lowmount before us we to had to pull the burrs out of our socks.
We have re-hidden the cache out in the South East, very close to some GC.com caches.
Thanks Caught@work |

My GPS took me to what appeared to be the obvious spot but after searching high and low i found nothing. I checked other similar locations nearby thinking i may still be having probs with the GPS (seems to be out by 200m but all settings correct)but to no avail. Went back a few times over the weekend but only found a very large Blue-tongue lizard guarding GZ. Suspect cache may have moved on. Fantastic view though.
I'll go back to pulling the burrs out of my socks now! |

S37° 30.949' E145° 18.808' This was the 3rd find & 3rd placed for the day and now I knew how to get there it wasn't a problem. I think I must have been way gone the other day but today after a good 10 hours of sleep it was a walk grab & go . Apon leaving I almost got sucked into the same trap as last time but at the last miniute I drove up a full height curb and checked the melway. I think the muggle driver behind was a bit baffled. I had sused this one from the start and had a good place in mind. Now it has a powerful view also. I could have also hid another of the series only 5-10 meters away. It is now a terrain of about 1.5-2 but only a few meters of it.
Thanks C@W

All remains well and good at the latest cache location. Sorry you couldn't find it Geof. Also sorry that you ran into the "fun" that is the developers and the "nightmare" that awaits visitors to these estates. Hey, I live in here and sometimes ever I get lost :-) |

Came and had a look on the way back from the land of Romax. I fully expect I'v been beaten to it. I didn't stay to long as the dogs were going mad over the fence and we don't want people geting alert or alarmed. Finding the way to get there was a bit of a task. These dastardly Delfin designers don't mean anyone to go through their estates thats for sure . There were many other waypoints all over the screen but I think a map and planing are the go here and after the previous happenings and the time of day it was off home.
A C@W challange still to be had - Thanks |

Called by the original location on my way home from the airport but, like the other three in the series, this one had moved on with the Maccamob.
We will have another go in a few weeks when next out west.
